Full context locked in, no changes needed on my end, same model I've been running throughout. Here's the shipping policy, with the recurring shipment section built in as its own clear piece, consistent with the subscription language we already locked (renews, cancel anytime, no forced return language, same email throughout).

Processing Time
Every order is processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Because we make this in small monthly batches, processing can occasionally take a bit longer right after a batch sells out, we'll always get your order moving as fast as we can.

Delivery Times
Once your order ships, here's what to expect:

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Canada: 5-8 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-9 business days
  • Australia: 7-10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, local courier delays, and other things outside our control can occasionally push delivery past these windows.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Applicable taxes and import fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so you shouldn't face a surprise customs charge on delivery in most cases.

Subscription (Recurring) Shipments
If you're enrolled in Subscribe & Save, your order renews and ships automatically every 30 days from your original purchase date, no need to reorder manually. We'll send you an email ahead of each renewal so it's never a surprise. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next renewal date by contacting us at support@naturaprimal.com or through the Subscription Management page in your account.

Lost, Delayed, Or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed well past the estimate above, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@naturaprimal.com and we'll help sort it out.
