We stand behind NaturaLift completely. If you use it as directed and aren't happy with your results within 90 days of your purchase, contact us at support@naturaprimal.com and we'll issue a full refund. To make this as easy as possible, you don't need to ship anything back to us, just reach out and let us know.
How Refunds Work
Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take a bit of extra time for your bank or card provider to post it on their end after that.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at support@naturaprimal.com so we can make it right.
Why We Don't Require Returns
Because this is a personal care product, we're unable to accept physical returns of opened items for hygiene reasons. That's why our guarantee works as a straightforward refund instead of a mail-back return, one less step for you.
